roylbd Responsible Gaming — Your protection is our priority

Stay safe while having fun. roylbd believes that entertainment should always be enjoyed in a controlled and mindful way. Our tools and guidelines will help you maintain healthy habits.

For ages 21+ only

Why is it important to gamble responsibly?

Online betting and casino games are a form of entertainment — when enjoyed in a controlled and mindful way. roylbd always wants its users to engage with this entertainment positively, so that it never has a negative impact on their daily lives.

Responsible gaming is not just about setting a budget — it means taking care of your time, money, and mental well-being. When gambling shifts from entertainment to addiction, it can cause serious harm to family life and financial stability.

At roylbd, we maintain a fair play environment where every player can set their own limits, take a break when needed, and receive support from our team. Our goal is not only to provide entertainment — ensuring your protection is also our responsibility.

Warning Signs

Seek help immediately if you notice any of the following signs:

  • Spending more than your budget
  • Playing more to recover losses
  • Lying to family or friends
  • Being unable to stop playing
  • Betting with borrowed money
  • Feeling mental distress

Our Protection Tools

roylbd offers several effective tools to keep your betting experience safe and controlled.

Deposit Limit

Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately, and a waiting period applies if you wish to increase it.

Time-Out Break

If you feel you need a break, temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During the break you will not be able to log in or place bets — it is the best opportunity to clear your head.

Self-Exclusion

Choose self-exclusion for long-term protection. The option to exclude for 3 months to permanently is for those who feel that betting is affecting their life. Once activated, it cannot easily be reversed.

Betting History Review

You can view your complete betting and financial transaction history at any time from your account dashboard. Staying aware of your own habits is the first step toward responsible gaming.

Age Verification

roylbd strictly provides services to those aged 21 and above. Age verification is mandatory at registration. Protecting minors from betting is one of our highest responsibilities.

24/7 Support

For any issue, our Bangla-speaking support team is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day via live chat. If gambling becomes a problem, we are here for you.

The golden rules of responsible betting

  • Only play with money you can afford to lose.
  • See betting as a form of entertainment, not a way to earn income.
  • Set a time limit and budget in advance and stick to them.
  • Never bet when you are emotional or under the influence of alcohol.
  • Avoid placing more bets in an attempt to recover losses.
  • Do not prioritize betting over family, friends, or work responsibilities.
  • Take regular breaks and participate in other leisure activities.
  • If you feel there is a problem, seek help quickly — there is no shame in it.

Questions and Answers about Responsible Gaming

Only those aged 21 or above can open an account at roylbd. Age verification is mandatory at the time of registration. Access by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in violation of this policy will be closed immediately.

Yes, increasing the limit is possible, but only after a specified waiting period. This delay is intentional to protect you from decisions made in the heat of the moment. On the other hand, reducing a limit takes effect immediately.

Yes. After self-exclusion is activated, any funds remaining in your account can be withdrawn. Our support team will assist you through this process. No new bets or deposits can be made while self-exclusion is in effect.

A time-out is a temporary break — typically from 24 hours to 30 days. It is suited for shorter pauses. Self-exclusion, on the other hand, is a long-term solution — from 3 months to permanent — and once activated, it is difficult to reverse before the set period ends. If gambling has become a serious problem, self-exclusion is the right choice.

If you are concerned about a family member's gambling, please contact our support team. We are ready to provide every possible form of assistance. We also recommend using third-party parental control software on your device.

The first step is acknowledging that help is needed. Contact roylbd's 24/7 live chat and learn about self-exclusion. Seeking advice from a mental health professional is also highly effective. Talk to your family or trusted friends — it is better not to face this problem alone.

No. Betting and casino games are made entirely for entertainment purposes. Every game has a mathematical house edge, which means there is no guarantee of winning in the long run. Never bet with money meant for bills, your child's education, or emergency savings.
