roylbd's Terms and Conditions

This website (roylbd.cam) is operated by roylbd. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and roylbd. By registering, logging in, or using our platform in any way, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the Terms.

1.1 — Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be located in Bangladesh or be a Bangladeshi citizen.
• You are permitted to open only one account in your own name. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Persons residing in prohibited regions or jurisdictions may not open an account.

1.2 — Registration Process

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. An account opened with false information may be suspended or closed at any time, and any funds held in that account may be forfeited.

roylbd may request identity documents (national ID, passport, or other government-issued documents) at any time to verify your identity. Deposits or withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

1.3 — Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.1 — Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• You must use correct details and amounts when making a deposit. roylbd is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

2.2 — Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit (or to a verified account).
• Withdrawals may be delayed during identity verification or other security checks.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met — see Section 3 for details.

2.3 — Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The user is responsible for any differences arising from currency conversion.

3.1 — Welcome Bonus

roylbd offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000.

• This bonus applies only once per account.
• The account must be fully verified before claiming the bonus.

3.2 — Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times). This means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Some games may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded from wagering requirements — contact support for details.
• Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires; otherwise the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

3.3 — General Promotion Rules

• roylbd reserves the right to launch, modify, or discontinue promotions at any time.
• Each promotion will have its own rules and validity period, which will be stated on the promotion page.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

4.1 — Game Operations

All games offered on roylbd run on software from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and other reputable providers. Each game outcome is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.

4.2 — Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is incorrectly recorded due to a technical error, roylbd reserves the right to void or correct that bet.
• In cases of abnormal winnings through manipulation, software errors, or external strategies, roylbd reserves the right to investigate and withhold those winnings.

4.3 — Sports Betting

Betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA, various leagues), and other sports is available on roylbd. Odds may change before the match starts and during live matches. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final.

5.1 — VIP Tiers

roylbd has three VIP tiers, determined by your activity level:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

5.2 — Tier Changes

You can move up to a higher tier through regular and active play. Your tier may be reduced if activity drops below a certain level within a given period. roylbd reserves the right to change the VIP program rules at any time.

6.1 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the roylbd platform:

• Fraudulent activity or the use of bots and automated software.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Intentionally exploiting errors or vulnerabilities in the game system.
• Operating an account using another user's information.
• Playing or managing an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).

6.2 — Consequences of Violations

If you are found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above, roylbd may immediately suspend or permanently close your account, forfeit all balances in the account, and take legal action if necessary.

7.1 — Our Commitment

9.3 — Service Interruptions

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected technical issues. roylbd will make reasonable decisions regarding any bets that are in progress during such periods.

roylbd reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
